The Commercial Solutions Insights Hub is seeking a dynamic Client Delivery Partner to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our clients achieve their business objectives. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the life sciences sector and a deep understanding of the diverse data, analytics, and technology solutions that IQVIA offers.

Mission of the Delivery Partner Role:
The mission of the Client Delivery Partner role at IQVIA is to enhance client relationships and optimize delivery processes. By unifying delivery efforts across the team, the role aims to foster a deeper understanding and connection with the client. Key responsibilities include:

  • Capturing additional client value through delivery and operational synergies.

  • Conducting ongoing governance and reporting with key client stakeholders.

  • Improving the position of IQVIA delivery to the client.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that IQVIA’s services are aligned with client needs and expectations, ultimately driving better outcomes for both the client and IQVIA.

Types of delivery leadership in scope:

  • Data Management: Oversee, regulate, and leverage data to bolster business operations and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Data Warehousing: Design and employ a data repository for the purpose of reporting and analyzing data.

  • Cloud-Based Data Processing: Utilize cloud platforms for data storage, management, and processing to centralize resources, enhance business agility and scalability, reduce expenses, and facilitate collaboration.

  • Data Analytics: Uncover, interpret, and convey significant trends in data, and utilize these insights for effective decision-making.

  • Research and Investigation: Undertake systematic exploration and examination of materials and sources to ascertain facts and derive new insights.

  • Business Consultation: Offer expert guidance to aid organizations in enhancing their performance, primarily through the diagnosis of existing business challenges and the formulation of improvement strategies.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.

  • At least 7 – 10 years’ experience in the life sciences’ sector.

  • Expert knowledge in Data Management and Data Analytics.

  • Experience with Program Management\Project Management.

  • Experience managing a large team, both onsite and offsite.

  • Ability to travel to client site on an as needed basis.

  • Account Management experience with a Fortune 500 Company.

  • Ability to interact with senior business leaders (Functional) and various members of the delivery team (Technical).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $138,500.00 - $257,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
