We need a Director of Software Engineering to lead and oversee the software engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications and systems for an exciting new SaaS product at Pattern. This role will establish policies and procedures that produce high-quality software product and service.

 This is a full-time role and will work a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

  • 15+ years overall IT industry experience in the software development domain, with a strong emphasis on SaaS solutions

  • 10+ years of development experience

  • 10+ years of successful software project management experience or related experience

  • Expert understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices

  • 5+ years of experience in policy definition and leadership team advisement

  • 5+ years in a management role reporting to executive level

  • Proven track record of building and leading collaborative teams to produce significant, measurable results

What is the team like?

You will work with members of the software engineering team locally and overseas, and be supervised by Pattern’s Senior Director of Engineering. You will also collaborate frequently with the Chief Technology Officer. This team is data driven and results oriented.
