Summary:
As a Workplace Management Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of workplace services across multiple locations. This includes managing space allocation, ensuring facilities are maintained to high standards, and monitoring safety compliance. The role requires coordinating onsite support activities and utilizing various tools and data to optimize workplace environments. The focus is on creating safe, functional, and well-organized spaces that enhance employee productivity and align with organizational objectives. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to ensure seamless workplace operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure workplace services meet organizational standards and requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate workplace conditions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Support the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures to maintain compliance and safety.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IFS Field Service Management FSM.
- Strong knowledge of workplace management principles including space planning and facilities coordination.
- Experience in utilizing workplace management software and data analytics tools to enhance service delivery.
- Ability to manage safety compliance and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability to address operational challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IFS Field Service Management FSM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
