Job Description

Your new role - Content Supply Executive

Global Studios is an exciting new focus for Global – where all podcasts exist under the Global Studios umbrella brand. Whether they are Global Originals (produced in in house at Global), 3rd party shows that Global host and monetises, or our recent acquisitions, The Fellas Studios and Gary Neville’s Overlap offering.

Global Studios is already home to some of the UK’s leading shows such as The News Agents, The Sports Agents, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Stick To Football, The Fellas, Saving Grave, and many more. At Global Studios, we have huge ambitions to grow this brand – increasing our content and the revenue we generate.

As Content Supply Executive, you'll be part of Global Studio's team, learning how to support the day-to-day running of our podcast portfolio. This is a training role where you'll gain hands-on experience in account management, content acquisition, and podcast partnerships—with full support from an experienced team who are invested in your development.

You'll work alongside the team to build relationships with podcast partners, contribute to pitches, research potential content opportunities, and develop the skills needed to grow into a more senior role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the very start of their career who is passionate about podcasts, media and commercial partnerships and wants to learn from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering Market Insight (25%): Remain up to date on latest podcast launches, key talent moves, what competitors and partners are up to, and what’s going on in the market generally. You will have access to various tools to gather this insight, plus you will be expected to use social channels and online media. You will be expected to produce a weekly report to share internally and with partners.

  • Creating Reports (25%): You will have access to various dashboards and will produce regular reports to support internal team and account management on audience data, listenership and video views, audience trends, revenue performance, and any other ad-hoc requests.

  • Account Management (25%):  Attending meeting with partners, dealing with enquiries, and generally supporting requests that come into partners. Keep contract records, renewal dates, and trackers up to date.

  • Supporting New Business Pitches (25%): You will work with the new business team to support the pitch process by creating presentations and co-ordinating information for the presentation and ensuring this is information visualised in a creative and easy to understand way.

What You’ll Love About This Role

1.     Think Big: You'll be part of an exciting, growing area of the business and see first-hand how podcast partnerships work at scale.

2.     Own It: You'll be trusted with real responsibilities from day one and supported to grow in confidence as you learn.

3.     Keep it Simple: You'll develop strong organisational skills and learn how to keep processes clear and on track.

4.     Better Together: You'll be surrounded by a supportive, collaborative team who want to help you succeed and develop your career.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you will have:

  • Built strong working relationships with your team, internal stakeholders and podcast partners

  • Developed a solid understanding of Global's podcast processes and how the business operates

  • Grown in confidence in your day-to-day responsibilities and started to work more independently

  • Contributed to partnership activity and helped keep documents, trackers and partner records well organised

  • Shown curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to your development

What You’ll Need

We're looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and keen to learn. You'll ideally bring:

  • Have studied a course/degree that has prepared you to embark this type of role.

  • A genuine interest in podcasts, media and advertising

  • Good organisational skills and an eye for detail

  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., through studies or coursework)

  • Some experience working with data drawing insight from it (through studies or coursework)

  • Some research and presentation skills

  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

  • The ability to juggle different tasks and stay on top of your workload

  • Confidence (or willingness to build confidence) working with different people and teams

  • A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a supportive team environment
