As a Sr Specialist - Operations Tools & Automation, you will help manage and optimize AWS and Azure Cloud Infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines using GIT and Terraform, develop python based REST API integrations connecting ITOM and automation platforms, support OpenText ITOM tools, BMC Discover Tool.

Join the Global Technology organization, Operations Tools & Automation team specializes in engineering, development and integration of ITOM, Discovery, Observability, and Automation solutions. Through OpenText ITOM & Observability tools we ensure enhanced visibility and operational efficiency across IT ecosystems.

Role Responsibilities -

As a Sr Specialist - Operations Tools & Automation, your focus will be managing the cloud Infra, developing and implementing monitoring Solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

An equal opportunity to handle and maintain the teams AWS/Azure Cloud Infrastructure.

Managing CI/CD using Git & Terraform and configuring and Supporting REST API’s and webhooks integrations. Python/Groovy script for crafting workflows and integration between different tools.

Develop Shell scripts in Bash & Powershell to complement ITOM Tools. Managing the AI workflow using Amazon Agent core, Bedrock agent and Microsoft Bots.

We are responsible to support occasional after hours maintenance and willing to work in a second shift rotational basis.

We handle OpenText Operations Bridge Manager, NNM, Network Automation, BMC Discover tools (Will get training in house)!

We expect you to have:

• Minimum of 7 years working in IT field as system administrator or DevOps field
• Solid AWS & Azure Knowledge and experience handling aws and Azure cloud computing.
• Version control (Git) for handling infrastructure code, CI/CD pipelines · Solid Terraform proficiency - Handling provider configurations for multi-cloud deployments using Terraform
• Solid Python/Groovy or Rest API programming skills and webhooks configurations. · Strong Unix Knowledge & bash scripting
• Knowledge of Amazon Bedrock AgentCore/ AI Agent, Microsoft Teams Bots · Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of Monitoring & Observability Tools - OpenText ITOM Tools (OBM, NNM, NA), Grafana dashboard.
• Container Knowledge – Kubernetes/Docker.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or I.T.
