Key Responsibilities

Ensures the real estate portfolio is aligned with company's overall strategy in all aspects of site selection, acquisition, and disposition.  Proactively works with customer peers and executives to establish strategic plans and needs, and to identify and implement viable solutions.

Manages a multi-campus/multi-building facility and oversees the planning construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, grounds, and facilities.  Ensures that building codes and safety standards are maintained.

Designs, develops, and implements organizational policies and procedures relevant to the facilities department.  Effectively oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, facilities expansion, and related communications.

Establishes and maintains standard methods and processes of capital budgeting and reporting, real estate transaction management and lease administration.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Foresees the impact of evolving change upon existing operating plans and budgets.  Directs through subordinate managers, the development of operating expense and capital budgetary strategies to effectively accommodate significant changes to business conditions, opportunities, and requirements.

Is sensitive to the changing corporate business environment, the resulting impacts upon the operating divisions, and the ultimate impacts upon customer needs.

Selects, develops, and evaluates a personnel group of 15-20 to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

  • Negotiates and influences the opinions of others at the senior executive level and in external organizations; exercises sensitivity to the audience

U.S. Salary Range:

$136,000.00 - $187,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
