Job Summary

As our Office Assistant you will be responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, helping to answer client questions, or routing them to the appropriate person. On average, you can expect to answer 100+ calls per day

Responsibilities

  • Customer service for in-person
  • Responsible for answering phone calls
  • Scheduling new client appoints
  • Ensuring new customer data is entered correctly into CMS.
  • Ordering new ID cards for clients
  • Auditing policies to ensure they are getting issued
  • General office duties such as, but not limited to, faxing, filing, etc.

Knowledge and skill requirements

  • High school diploma and 1 year of customer service or receptionist related experience.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone system
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to operate telephone systems, office equipment and handle basic troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and office software (MS Office, Google Calendar, etc.)
