Job Description

Building and managing the vehicle project schedule and its variants throughout the life of the project (from the CF to the DA for project PMLs) by:

  • Building the project schedule with all the company's stakeholders, with the best performance in terms of deadlines, considering the constraints of the trades, the business and the plants in line with the GMP/platform/SWEET/modules.
  • Coordination of the project schedule through:
    • Master planning committees, with a project team made up of players from these departments.
    • Identification of critical paths
    • Good coordination with the "cross car line" schedules interfacing with the project (GMP/platform/SWEET/modules)
    • In the event of a drift, the short loop reconstruction of the schedule targeting minimising the commercial impact

  • Guarantee the unique planning reference in the GPS tool and its official release within the company and to the engineering customers:

To build the project management document base by:

  • The structuring and animation of shared spaces used to share the necessary information to the project actors within the scope of the CVE in line with the PMO standards
  • Creation of databases (LUP/JIRA, One VAL, Totem and ANPQP) for the projects within the CVE perimeter
  • Definition of the project variants (complementary lots) under the same schedule

To ensure efficient project management by:

  • Animation to position, anticipate and organise the activities of the project team.
  • Continuous consolidation of the progress of the project deliverables by comparing them with the benchmarks (charts) to warn of difficulties and drifts that are key to pass the milestones.
  • Participation in the preparation of the VPMR#3 file
  • Structuring of the follow-up and treatment by their pilot of identified hard points
  • Contribution to the milestone files and follow-up of the EQM and, for projects that have switched, leading the construction of the EQx for the CVE
  • Preparing the monthly EMM/xMC reporting for the project
  • Preparing, with the support of the back office, the data necessary to facilitate the convergence of deliverables to be progressed to the next milestone.
  • Facilitating handover phases (between RTx, with serial life, etc.)

Alerting the CVE to any risks or hard points in terms of deadlines/deliverables to be decided by the CVE, if necessary.
