Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

·         Provide excellent & differentiated tech support to customers

·         Leading technical support on various home appliances products

·         Resolving customer problems; identifying trends & weak points and contacting relevant teams

·         Review & analyse products quality issues and provide technical advice

·         Meet and exceed department’s targets & KPIs

·         Strategic approach to improve customer service experience

·         Analyzing service and customer service data

·         Working closely and in synchronization with various internal and external interfaces.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in technical support service roles.

  • Technical knowledge and orientation
  • High analytical skills- experience in analysing complex data
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and manage complex processes.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel control (graphs, PIVOT, VLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.)
  • English- High level.
