PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Provides technical assistance to customers, users or company personnel at assigned sites and operations. Troubleshoots systems, software and equipment layout. Assists in the development, implementation, installation, testing, modifications and / or operations of complex equipment and systems. Assists in test plans and preventative maintenance programs. Assists in the installation and maintenance of mission critical IT systems and services.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of SAP security roles and authorizations.
  • Support the SAP provisioning process and role design to help ensure appropriate segregation of duties and assignment of compensating and mitigating controls.
  • Assist in working with SOD Compliance Tools, preferably Approva (Infor) or SAP GRC.
  • Assist in troubleshooting SAP security-related issues and providing timely resolution
  • Assist in SAP security audits and assessments.
  • Assist in generating access review documents for internal and external audit.
  • Contributing to team meetings and sharing innovative ideas.
  • Working closely with senior-level staff to learn and develop necessary industry skills.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing proper security measures in order to provide data integrity and confidentiality of information.
  • Creates and updates procedural and training documents for the assigned systems.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree required; in lieu of degree additional years of relevant experience may be considered.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:  

  • 0 – 2 years’ related experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and challenges.
  • Must be both a logical thinker and a creative problem solver.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement, proactive and strategic thinking mindset
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and handle multiple priorities
  • No experience in SAP required but preferred
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical and computer engineering
