Currently, we are looking for a Billing Analyst to become a part of the teams in the finance division, which handle the order to invoicing process.

Generally, the Billing analyst handles the following processes: Order Management, Customer Invoicing, Financial Analysis, Reporting, Support for other finance areas.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understands order & invoicing requirements as part of the E2E process in support of the account & the customer
  • Use of a variety of business tools including Excel, Access, SQL & a variety of applications used for order entry & invoicing, including COMPASS & CiT
  • Ability to translate contract text into billing formulas
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments
  • Attention to detail & numeric ability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Education and Experience Required:

· University degree with a focus in business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.

· At least one year of experience as a financial analyst or any relevant experience in finance field.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

· Good level of English language (at least B2 level); Intermediate level of Italian or Spanish or French language (B1-B2 level)

· Basic understanding of accounting processes.

· Basic analytical skills.

· Good business application skills (Microsoft Excel).

· Good communication skills.

· Good teamwork skills.
