Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with C# programming language and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using C# programming language. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Proficiency in C# programming language. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience with .NET framework and related technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in C# programming language. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
