Job Description:

As the CrunchTime Specialist, you will be known as our “super user” of our inventory software/database, the expert who can provide support to the field on how to use the system and drive operational efficiency through the company’s inventory processes.  This role will be responsible for the maintenance of the inventory database (CrunchTime), process the inventory and vendor data, partner with our Sourcing department for item substitutes, and work on the food and beverage cost analysis. 

 

This role will partner with team members and leaders to monitor key inventory metrics, analyze the company’s results, and identify trends to help make sound decisions to improve our overall results.

Analytical – You drive to understand what the numbers are saying, whether it is the inventory activity, trends, problems, etc. 
Culinary enthusiast – Understanding how food, liquor, beer and wine is packaged and sold and will understand the necessary conversion and metrics required to maintain the inventory database. 

 

Here is what you will do: 

Support maintenance of the inventory database (CrunchTime
Teach and train others on the inventory software 
Able to process data entry promptly and accurately  
Assist team members with inventory management procedures and inventory variances, specifically in the inventory database  
Variance analysis between inventory system and general ledger 
Work with sourcing department to identify item substitutes and process invoices 
Food and beverage cost analysis 
Ad-hoc projects as necessary 
Maintain CrunchTime Database 
Daily check and reprocessing of failed sales/menu mix files 
Processing daily failed invoice files  
Maintaining order guides for all vendors with purchasing 
Set up and maintain Application Users in CT 
Creation and maintenance of products, and recipes in database (food, LBW, redemption and games) 
Vendor maintenance as necessary 
Processing ROC requests (New Item Requests)  
Integration maintenance 
NSO Set Up and maintenance 
Field support as needed 

Required Experience/Education/Training 

Inventory data maintenance and administration experience in inventory software (preferably CrunchTime, MenuLink, or similar) 
Background in bar/restaurant operations and point of sale systems preferred  
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management or information systems preferred
