Keystone Autism Services is seeking Residential – Direct Support Professionals to join our team in making a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support.

Responsibilities Include:

• Direct support position that provides quality care and supports to adults with Autism in a residential home
• Provides personal care, administers medications, and mentors individuals following their individual support plans
• Assists with cooking, cleaning and other household responsibilities
• Plans meaningful recreational activities and takes individuals into the community and to appointments as needed
• Works with individuals on skill development and evaluating their goal progress
• Completes daily documentation as required

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Work experience in the human services field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with autism preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
