Job Description

Who we are looking for:

This position is integral to the successful completion of client on-boarding set-ups as well as fostering key relationships with our internal customer base.

Under the supervision of Business Onboarding ad Transitions (BOaT) Officer. BOaT Senior Associate is responsible for opening and maintenance of custody accounts in the countries of investments of the funds.

What you will be responsible for:

As BOaT Senior Associate you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a point of contact with sub-custodians and internal departments for market related activities and inquiries,
  • Maintaining required accounts, including mergers, conversion in/out, name changes, renewals, etc.
  • Providing updates and answers to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cooperating with direct manager what includes taking responsibility of personal development, self-evaluation, participating in meetings etc.
  • Any other task assigned by the Manager.
  • Taking care of processing requests for markets and requests where physical/scanned documentation might be required.
  • Updating internal databases.

  • Ability to work under pressure, both as a team member and as individual contributor
  • Experience with working with legal documentation is considered an asset but is not required

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, preferably within on-boarding and/or client services

· Good command of written and verbal English language.

· Strong computer competence (Microsoft applications, Excel, Word).

- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a focus on business and financial areas would be an advantage

Minimum Salary:

zł87,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
