Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create innovative applications that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Your role will also require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SAP Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) module across areas such as cash management, liquidity planning, in-house cash, bank communication, financial transactions, and risk management.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Treasury processes within S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective SAP TRM solutions.
- Provide expert-level inputs for integration areas including FI, CO, AP/AR, Cash Management, Bank Communication Management (BCM), and external banking interfaces.
- Ensure system compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvements by identifying treasury process gaps, optimization opportunities, and automation possibilities within SAP TRM.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to the larger Treasury and Finance team.
- Participate in cross-functional workshops, solution reviews, and key design decisions for Treasury-related initiatives.
- Lead incident resolution, problem management, and change management activities for SAP TRM processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 9 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
