The mission of the software teams in Woburn, MA and Tewksbury, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development teams for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems.

What You Will Do:
Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems
Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or a related (STEM) discipline
Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java, C# or similar object-oriented software language
Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps
Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), configuration management tools (e.g., Azure, Jira, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory), and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and multithreaded applications.
Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems
Knowledge of Windows development
Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
