You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities

How you will contribute

You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role

We are seeking a passionate and data-savvy Marketing Specialist to join our Trident team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth and strengthen the Trident brand equity. If you are a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong analytical foundation and a passion for marketing, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation (70%):
    • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources (market research, consumer data, etc.).
    • Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
    • Develop clear and concise reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth.
    • Utilize tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI (preferred), and other digital platforms for data analysis.

  • Brand Management & Equity (30%):
    • Participate in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to strengthen the Trident brand equity.
    • Collaborate on the creation of innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with advertising agencies and other marketing service providers.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with various internal teams (Sales, Research & Development, Finance, etc.).
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate insights and marketing strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or related roles, preferably in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong analytical foundation and experience in data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and other digital data analysis tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience in brand management and marketing campaign development.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English B2 Level (Intermediate-Advanced).
  • Proactive, diligent, and results-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
