The Ultra Commercial function is responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions in contracts, ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions, and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise in the management of contracts made with customers, vendors, partners, or employees.Nationality Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years of contracts related experience
Experience managing full scope of contract support, including kick-off meetings to close out activities
May be required to maintain security clearance
Preferred Education & Experience
Advanced Degree
Direct experience in DoD or military contracting
Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS
Understanding of commercial terms and conditions
Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM) is a plus
Familiarity with specific contract types (e.g., procurement contracts, service agreements, NDAs) may be required in certain industries
