TASKS:

Customer Demand & Supply Chain

  • Integrate customer orders into the system
  • Monitor demand changes and highlight major forecast deviations
  • Manage deliveries and ensure on-time performance
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain (procurement, production, shipping) and follow up on issues
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and maintain key parameters
  • Support new projects and ensure packaging availability

Production Planning & Service Level

  • Ensure customer demand is met through effective production planning
  • Ensure the feasibility of the Customers’ programs internally 
  • Launch and adjust production schedules based on priorities
  • Track service levels and implement improvement actions
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels

Issue Management

  • Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions
  • Escalate issues and align priorities with Sales and customers
  • Monitor and follow up on action plans

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum BSc degree in economics / business / logistics or related field or equivalent work experience
  •  At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Proficient knowledge of English, German language is an advantage
  • Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
  • Strong customer oriented behavior
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
