Project Title: 

Study and develop a predictive model of Dry Etch Equipment part consumables lifetime for cost and productivity improvement

Description: 

This internship seeks to employ a methodology by identifying key part consumables in the Dry Etch Equipment along with process parameters to develop a predictive analysis model to determine the potential lifetime of parts to maximize its true usage potential while protecting safety, product quality and yield.

Scope: 

In this Project, the student will have the opportunity to learn and gain:

• Hands-on understanding of the various Dry Etch Equipment tool functions and processes

• Understanding of Logistics and Cost management in a lean manufacturing environment

• Be able to define on some key reaction mechanisms to be undertaken in different scenarios

Deliverable: 

To develop a predictive analysis model to determine parts lifetime to enable cost efficiency and productivity

Skillset Required: 

Basic understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and to have an inquisitive mind
