As an Associate International Engagement Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing impactful global initiatives. In this dynamic position, you will lead and manage diverse projects, guide cross-functional teams and drive innovative problem-solving to deliver meaningful outcomes. This is a hybrid role with CC Administration Campus as the on-site location. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Undertake a major role in leading projects within the Cleveland Clinic Internal and Emerging Markets (CCIEM)
  • Participate in multiple projects, helping to structure the work, manage work efforts, structure and complete complex analytics, write and give presentations for senior executives, and develop relationships with cross-enterprise teams.
  • Lead smaller projects independently.
  • Manage teams of people for varying parts of project work.
  • Structure meeting agendas, facilitate meetings with senior stakeholders, guide group problem-solving and develop work plans.
  • Participate in the development of CCIEM toolkit/perspective in their area of expertise including conceptual framework, standardized analytics, standardized processes, tools/templates and training based on the work in their projects.
  • Participate in office initiatives to improve office effectiveness as well as the setting of agendas.
  • Understand and interpret basic business drivers.
  • Solve, structure and complete complex problems and analytics independently.
  • Manage small to medium projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build trust-based, influencing relationships with senior peers as well as build office processes, culture and tools.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business or related field
  • Minimum of six (6) years of work experience, with majority of time in either healthcare (within organization or consulting) or technical role matching job
  • History of achievement and ability to influence change in large organizations

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Background in operations, analytics or consultative roles

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
  • Ability to travel throughout the health system.
