Role Summary:

Analyzing Salesforce data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations / Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by performing data cleansing activities/ Transforming raw data into structured information for strategic business decisions/ Managing and optimizing Salesforce systems/ User and license management/Support, training, and system upgrades/Customizing the Salesforce Platform to solve business problems/ Cross functional coordination/Communicating the respective stakeholders right message on different stages of the project.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Collect, collate and input data into applicant Tracking System SFDC (or similar to SANCO Model)
  • Serve as a relationship manager for Salesforce.com
  • Assist the team to implement effective research strategies to map out market movement and trends within specific segments of the B2B industry
  • Collect data on projects from Biltrax / Project India etc., and communicate to the respective category head / sales team for further action
  • Building and maintaining current and future qualified leads / pipelines for the entire B2B vertical
  • Consolidating & circulating the weekly/monthly/quarterly report to the respective stake holders on timely basis.
  • Continual engagement with the Internal and External customer (Need basis) by communicating the appropriate details in harmony with the stages of the project
  • Prepare market research project charters, including scope, identification of intelligence specialists, availability of primary and secondary resources, and budget proposal
  • Prepare a presentation of the market research findings
  • Act as liaison with outside market research vendors / Project data base and compiling the report
  • Prepare other relevant reports / Presentation for CSMO  covering subjects like Marketing APO/ Marketing plan & Strategies
  • Work as an internal consultant to Marketing / Sales team
  • Standardize existing databases to improve levels of value, service and efficiencies
  • To be a subject matter expert in Data Management, industry trends, historical performance and prospects

  • Self-starter who can work independently to manage own workload with minimal supervision and well as effectively as part of a team
  • Good analysis skills, including the ability to draw appropriate conclusions from large amount of data and to present findings
  • Ability to work effectively in teams independently, within deadlines
  • Ability to find innovative new ways to acquire market intelligence and data management
  • Proven organizational and time management skills are required with demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
