What You'll Do:

The goal of this role is to develop alternative talent recruitment pipelines. Through partnerships with multicultural organizations, research, creative marketing and engagement, the Diverse Talent Recruitment Partner will support the firms’ efforts to engage, provide access to and build talent pipelines from broadly diverse backgrounds. In this role you will support talent partners and internal stakeholders achieve their hiring goals.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Perform recruitment functions that include but are not limited to screening resumes, conducting phone screens and interviews to identify, engage, and track qualified candidates through the talent pipeline and ensure a successful experience
  • Create, enhance, sustain, and evaluate relationships with key multicultural-based organizations, community groups, high schools, colleges, and universities to improve AB’s ability to identify, attract, and hire high-quality candidates
  • Identify new and evaluate existing diversity partnerships’ performance using defined criteria proving ROI and alignment with the Firm’s goals
  • Conduct market research to identify non-traditional recruitment sources and understand where external diverse talent pools exist
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and People Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Support and attend diversity and recruiting events, receptions, and conferences as necessary
  • Identify and work to remove barriers in the application and selection processes
  • Provide administrative support for all diversity initiatives, including DEI partnerships and pipeline programs
  • Report to Director of Diverse Talent Solutions

  • Experience building and implementing effective diversity and inclusion programs

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in diversity recruitment and/or talent sourcing
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Financial Services experience is a plus
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
