About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of IT infrastructure primarily based on Linux systems, administering the server and network environment, maintaining the server room, and supporting internal systems (including JIRA), along with automation, integrations (including GitHub), and process optimization.

What You'll Do

• Administration of Linux systems (installation, configuration, maintenance)
• Managing Linux systems via CLI (bash, system tools, logs)
• Maintenance and administration of servers and server-class hardware (on-premise environments)
• Server room maintenance and supervision (hardware, monitoring, availability, cabling)
• Administration of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, network devices)
• System monitoring, log analysis, and incident resolution
• Ensuring service continuity, backups, and system updates
• Basic JIRA administration (workflows, automations, project configuration)
• Creating automations and scripts (bash, Groovy, basic JavaScript)
• System integrations with GitHub (repositories, webhooks, automations, CI/CD integrations)
• Administration of Google Workspace (accounts, permissions, service configuration)
• Creating reports and dashboards (easyBI – MDX knowledge is a plus)
• Supporting technical users and maintaining IT environment documentation

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator / IT Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Linux server systems
• Practical experience managing Linux via CLI
• Experience administering servers and on-premise infrastructure
• Experience maintaining server rooms and server hardware
• Experience in network administration (routing, switching, VPN – basic level)
• Experience with GitHub integrations (repositories, permissions, tool integrations)
• Scripting knowledge (bash and Groovy or basic JavaScript)
• Basic knowledge of JIRA administration and automation
• Experience in system monitoring and troubleshooting
• Understanding of security practices (backups, access control, updates)
• High level of independence and excellent organizational skills
