Medical Assistant - Full Time/Gastroenterology/Tampa, FL

This opening is for a full-time Medical Assistant for our Gastroenterology office. Travel required to North Tampa, Watergrass (Wesley Chapel), Carrollwood and Zephyrhills locations. Candidate must be highly organized, have good communication, understand medical terminology, and work well others. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM or 8AM to 5PM. *Minimum 1 year experience required*  GI experience preferred but not required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completion of Medical Assistant program
  • Medical Assistant certification is a plus
  • High school graduate or GED certificate
  • Minimum of 1 years MA experience
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal/written, in person and on the phone
