Mission Statement

• Feeder Factory SCM Manager responsible for driving strategic priorities and operational performance of supply chain function of the factory.

Your Responsibilities

• Work closely with suppliers’ development of new parts development, localization, alternate source development.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation sourcing strategy.
• Drive cost reduction projects to meet material cost reduction targets.
• Supplier performance reviews and improvements on quality and delivery performance.
• Ensure product part approval process followed for the applicable parts.
• New supplier qualification. Perform supplier process audits and improvements.
• Coordinate with the hub and global category managers for developing and implementing sourcing strategies.
• Perform should costing for cost estimation and negotiations.
• Lead periodic material costing exercise to perform price list publication.
• Prepare and monitor monthly material cost movements.Work closely with R&D/Technology for development of parts for new products and transfer of products.
• Work closely with operations team on problem solving topics related to suppliers.

Your Background

• Bachelor of Engineering with more than 12 yeas of experience.
• SAP MM Experience is preferred.
• Relevant Supply Chain/Sourcing experience in manufacturing industry.
• Soft Skill Excel / Power BI / PLM/PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
