The Opportunity

As a CGT Orchestration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of life-changing therapies. Your responsibilities include:

  • Executing smooth, compliant, and timely clinical and commercial order transactions for complex, individualized Cell & Gene Therapies (CGT).

  • Managing end-to-end value chain transactions, including sales orders, purchase orders, and courier bookings, to drive seamless order execution.

  • Monitoring virtual journey operations to identify potential issues and ensuring efficient resolution to maintain reliable value chain performance.

  • Triaging virtual journey exceptions and coordinating the execution of exception playbooks to manage unplanned events or deviations effectively.

  • Reporting on operational performance through defined KPIs and escalating critical risks or issues to ensure continuous service excellence.

  • Maintaining proactive communication with global stakeholders, including product teams and affiliates, to align daily business activities with customer needs.

  • Providing dedicated business support and master data maintenance for Orchestration Platforms, such as SAP CGTO and Intient Unify, across international time zones.

Who you are:

The ideal candidate for this role is a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-tech environment. You meet the following criteria:

  • You are a graduate starting your career in Pharma supply chain or a professional with 1–2 years of experience in business operations.

  • You possess a foundational understanding of the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries, allowing you to navigate complex regulatory environments.

  • You are proficient in or have a strong desire to master SAP ERP systems and digital orchestration platforms like SAP CGTO and Intient Unify.

  • You demonstrate a hands-on, solution-oriented work style, with the agility to perform effectively within a growing and evolving organization.

  • You are a collaborative communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills, capable of bridging gaps between cross-functional teams and global regions.

  • You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, approaching challenges with critical thinking and a sense of urgency.

  • You are a customer-centric professional with a growth mindset, ready to adjust to varying levels of operational maturity while driving high-quality results.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 83,008.00 and 108,948.00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
