PRIMARY FUNCTION: 1. Develop and maintain relevant store design CAD drawings and documents 2. Learn and implement Target CAD standards to deliver projects with-in agreed time frame 3. Understand the methods of quality standards to be maintained and deliver desired quality deliverables 4. Communicate specific project updates with team/partners across locations at the right time 5. Partner with manager to drive process improvements and ensure success for the business unit as a whole PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop accurate CAD documents based on input from different store design partners 2. Ensure design processes are consistently applied as per specific department CAD standards 3. Collaborate with team and other store design partners to achieve quality and timely deliverables 4. Ability to read and analyze cross functional design drawings/ documents 5. Work closely with supervisor to deliver special projects/ initiatives as assigned 6. Build strong partnership across team and with MPLS partners in order to meet and exceed expectations 7. Well-developed ability to coordinate multiple projects, and prioritize workload 8. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to enhance efficiencies and quality 9. Maintain an excellent level of verbal and written communication on day-to-day activities 10. Provide solutions oriented approach so that all the problems are escalated with proposed solutions 11. Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment 12. Immediately takes action on developmental opportunities with a growth mindset Mandatory Skills: 1. Diploma/ Graduate in Architecture, Interior, furniture Designing and Engineering 2. 0 – 3 years of experience 3. Working knowledge of CAD design drawings/ documents 4. Ability to work on Microstation, AutoCad and PDF 5. Working knowledge of MS Office 6. Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging & constantly changing environment 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 8. Highly motivated and committed to the development of high-quality work 9. Approaches problems with curiosity and generates creative solutions
