This G4 role provides high-level delivery, enablement, and operating rhythm support to both the COO Vietnam and the Head of T&EO COO Delivery & Enablement (AU).
Acts as a direct partner to both leaders, ensuring operational clarity, disciplined management, and transformation progress for Vietnam while aligning with global priorities.
Essential capabilities
Analytical Mindset – Ability to source and analyse key business data in order to identify trends and key business opportunities
Stakeholder Engagement – Engaging with stakeholders across various levels of the organisation to source information for key decision making
Communicate with Influence – proven track record of communicating key information clearly and leads to appropriate action
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and commercial awareness.
Experience
Demonstrated experience in COO/operating model support, transformation delivery, or executive enablement (ideally in a global or matrixed environment)
Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills, including cross-cultural collaboration
Proven ability to manage complex priorities and deliver results for multiple leaders
Experience with automation, reporting, and process improvement tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor)
Qualification Requirements
Tertiary qualification in business, finance, strategy, IT, or related field.
Advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA) are valued but not mandatory.
Key tasks; accountabilities and challenges of this role:
T&EO COO Office Support & Operating Rhythm – Coordinate key executive forums and maintain the operating rhythm calendar. Prepare meeting materials and track follow-ups to ensure timely action and alignment.
Global Workforce Strategy Enablement – Support global workforce planning and governance by managing workforce requests, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring alignment with capability needs while identifying and mitigating related risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Delivery teams. Draft communications and support cross-functional alignment across Strategy and Enablement.
Reporting & Governance – Deliver accurate reporting on workforce metrics and transformation progress. Maintain governance documentation and contribute to reporting simplification and automation.
Deputise for COO Vietnam and/or AU Head of Delivery & Enablement in relevant forums as required
