Main Tasks
- Understand and manage various data sources across RMS (sources including but not limited to key business system SAP, Salesforce, and peripheral system such as sCRM, in-house dev applitcaions etc.)
- Provides insights through internal ad-hoc reporting and dashboards from both data and business perspectives on daily/weekly/monthly basis, automate data workflows and pipelines for scalability
- Identify and develop data-driven business opportunities that bring (new) revenue from new data solutions/models. Partner with various internal departments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in artificial intelligence use cases for data and experiment with new techniques and technologies to improve outcomes.
- Develop new data workflow and dashboards by analyzing business processes and understanding requirements, collaboraring with GC and Regional BI team.
- Improve data literacy and data integrity internally
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management or Quantitative Business disciplines
Experience
- Proven work experience as Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst (5-year experience preferred)
- Database knowledge and experience with SQL and programming skills with Python is preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data cleansing and data processing
- Familiar with at least one of the mainstream BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
- Strong business acumen, communication skills, and data-driven mindset as a problem solver
- Knowledge and experience with ETL and data engineering is preferred
- Reponsible and pay cloase attention to details
Other skills
- Data science with modeling background is preferred
- Marketing and Design knowledge is strongly preferred
- AI knowledge and exposure to new technologies
- Knowledge of SAP ERP & CRM / Salesforce is preferred
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellence in written and verbal communication of both English and Chinese
