LMS Support Specialist (Temporary)

The LMS Support Specialist is a key member of the Training & Development Department, responsible for the daily administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System, including user management, course uploads, and reporting. This role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to support training initiatives, optimize learning paths, and ensure seamless LMS operations. The position also plays a vital role in maintaining training resources, managing support tickets, and contributing to departmental projects and meetings.

Note: This is a temporary position with an expected duration through March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily maintenance of associates and related groups within the LMS
  • Work with other departments in support of training initiatives and LMS
  • Support learning path management and offer recommendations related to learning paths within the LMS
  • Manage LMS related tickets in our ticket support system
  • Support LMS Repository management (storage of all training and training resources)
  • Responsible for uploading and assigning training courses in the LMS
  • Upload attendance for Instructor-Led training sessions
  • Coordination of LMS reporting and distribution
  • Attend departmental meetings
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to facilitate integration with LMS

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a training support role
  • Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role
  • Minimum of 1 year instructional design experience
  • Minimum of 1 year working with an LMS

Estimated Rate of Pay:

$35.00 - $37.00

This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
