The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Join Moloco’s dynamic China New Business team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by generating pipeline opportunities and facilitating account acquisitions. This position is pivotal for executing strategic and customer-centric tasks such as inbound lead qualification and planning targeted outreach initiatives. 

The Opportunity:

  •   Manage inbound lead qualification, perform necessary investigations to verify key decision makers, and conduct initial communication with prospects within the China region.
  •   Execute targeted pre-event and post-event outreach. Focus efforts on optimizing event invite lists and engagement, especially considering the major events held quarterly in China.
  • Conduct tailored outbound research for target accounts, particularly focusing on consumer apps.
  • Develop outbound communication strategies to better articulate Moloco’s ML model, preferring direct engagement rather than via third-party pitches.
  • Build, maintain, and oversee a robust lead database to facilitate seamless transitions to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales directors and marketing teams to align on strategy and ensure effective pipeline generation.
  • Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to source leads and track outreach efforts effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of SDR experience, preferably within ad tech or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Chinese and English.
  • Proven track record of high performance with a proactive hunter mentality.
  • Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning and exceptional time management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment, showing strong self-management and independence.
