The RGMX Director, Greece and Cyprus is responsible for designing and executing the market’s end‑to‑end Revenue Growth Management driving execution agenda to unlock sustainable topline revenue growth and margin expansion.
This role partners closely with bottling partners, marketing, finance, strategy, technical and commercial teams to develop RGMX strategies, strengthen price-pack architecture, improve promotion strategy, growing mix contribution and ensure disciplined execution in‑market.
You will champion affordability, premiumization, portfolio optimization leading changes in existing pack architecture developing pack innovations – ensuring Greece and Cyprus deliver against growth ambition with strong volume, transaction, mix and margin outcomes through integrated RGMX routines.
Scope
• Geography: Greece and Cyprus
• System: Works closely with the bottler and KO system partners (incl. Central EU RGMX team).
• Team: part of local Customer & Commercial team working closely with partners including Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, S&I, Technical and bottler stakeholders.
