POSITION TITLE: Network and Services Operation Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring that network build Projects run as efficiently as possible. This includes managing schedules, assisting in resource allocation and management, tracking and reporting status, estimating start and completion dates, and identifying risk areas.
• Performance of a variety of scheduling and planning functions encompassing conceptual schedules, baselines, progress measurement, and reporting with limited supervision.
• Recording all actions and decisions in planning and status meetings and maintenance of Project schedules in the Client's approved tool of record.
• Creating reports suitable for all required levels of Project analysis.
• Implementation of Client approved standard procedures for scheduling including base lining, status, progress measurement, updating dates, status, work logs/comments, updating Project structure, adding and removing deliverables, and managing dependencies.
• Attendance at meetings with Client stakeholder personnels.
• Monitor, track and manage materials on time delivery

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Standard PMO Profile • At least 2 years work experience in PMO • Open to any industry • Network domain is a plus
