As a Field Service Technician, you’ll support start-ups, maintenance, and repairs of pump systems and related equipment—helping ensure critical water and wastewater systems run safely and reliably.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform start-ups, commissioning, and preventative maintenance on pump systems
  • Evaluate, repair, and test mechanical, hydraulic, and pump equipment
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment to complete repairs
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting on submersible pumps and equipment
  • Support basic electrical troubleshooting on control panels
  • Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Assist with emergency service calls and field support
  • Operate and maintain a service truck, crane, and shop equipment (forklift, overhead crane)
  • Work directly with customers to support service needs

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hands-on role (mechanical, shop, or field service)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus
  • Experience reading schematics or wiring diagrams is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate service equipment
