Leverages extensive technical mastery of the Purchases Supply Manager processes to drive both operational excellence and Purchases Supply Manager network’s capability to optimize supply chains and maximize the business opportunities of horizontal materials management within the planning service center environment. Works directly with plant team, Regional Business Directors, Purchases Supply Manager Operations Leaders and Analysts providing coaching and capability support as well as developing capability in the Organizational Units and the Purchases Supply Manager Horizontal Process Network. Job requires English communication skills both written and spoken, also digital skills as PBI, excel, basic programing skills like knime.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading team

• Relationship Management: experience leading negotiations with suppliers

• Experience with supply chain design, a person that can take a supply chain from zero and build a new supply chain according to P&G needs

• English interpersonal skills both written and spoken

• Digital skills as PBI, excel, basic programming skills like KNIME.
