Our team currently consists of eight members with a number of competencies, which you will come to strengthen with your own. If you are familiar with the financial industry already, you have a great advantage, but this is also a perfect learning opportunity if you are interested in FinTech but new to the domain!
In this role, you will be responsible for technical training of both internal and external partners, as well as configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading various types of computer system software. Creating, maintaining and developing existing technical courses is an important part of the job, and we strongly encourage innovative ideas on how to improve our material and our ways of working. Your work will be flexible and technical training will be performed remotely or /and onsite at different Clients sites across the world, depending on our clients’ needs.
What you will bring to the team, must have :
A great ability to hold presentations in a pedagogical and informative way, and the ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients and internal partners.
A degree in Computer Science or related discipline,
Work experience, preferably as a Technical Trainer, System Administrator, Technical Administrator, or similar.
Containerization & orchestration experience (Podman, Kubernetes, EKS).
Working on enterprise level high availability On-Premises / Hybrid / Cloud based solutions.
Comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint or alternative presentation tools.
Strong computer skills, such as installation, networks, protocols, infrastructure, etc. along with a genuine interest in technology.
Experience working with Linux operating system.
Genuine interest in systems, solutions and understanding of software development lifecycles.
Flexibility to travel customer site for trainings.
It would be great if you also have , nice to have
Experience in creating e-learning courses
Financial industry experience
Solution / System orchestration tools experience.
