Your Role in Our Story:

As a Finance Manager within the Group Control team, this role adds value by leading the Group’s accounting operations, owning the ERP system from a business perspective, and ensuring accurate, standardized, and insightful financial reporting across all entities. This role combines technical accounting expertise, system leadership, and process optimization to ensure the group’s financial infrastructure supports efficient, compliant, and data-driven decision-making. In essence, your role involves:

  • Act as the business owner of the ERP, driving continuous improvement, automation, and integration.
  • Maintain and enhance standardized accounting policies, manuals, and procedures to ensure alignment with IFRS/local GAAP and internal governance.
  • Lead and develop the accounting team, fostering capability growth and a culture of accuracy, ownership, and innovation.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex or new business transactions.
  • Transform financial data into actionable insights for management, improving business performance.
  • Streamline processes using ERP functionality, analytics, and emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Act as a key liaison between local finance teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.

Overall, the Finance Manager in Group Control plays a pivotal role in safeguarding financial integrity, enabling sustainable growth, and supporting the group’s long-term strategic objectives through robust financial governance and insight

Your Expertise: 

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis, including 2 - 3 years in team management role.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
  • Preferred professional certifications: RA, RC, CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA.
  • Proven experience with ERP/finance system implementation and strong understanding of financial data structures and workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost control. 
  • Experience in risk management, compliance and governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead finance initiatives, manage multiple projects, and drive process improvements. 
  • Data driven mindset with expertise in BI tools, perfromance metrics and financial modelling. 
  • Effective leader with strong communication, influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic and resilient, able to guide the team through challenges with a practical, hands-on approach.
