What you will do

The area Sales Support Specialist will point of contact responsible for supporting sales administrative tasks and some customer facing tasks.  This person will work closely with the sales team, centralized bookings, and cash collections teams to support first pass yield bookings. This position is vital as it will support the contract booking process and will be the first line of review and approval for bookings.

How you will do it

  • Support the local sales team through the booking process by working with the sales team, management, and centralized booking. 

  •  Will be the initial reviewer for customer and sales data within Salesforce to insure, customer and billing information, all applicable items as required in CPQ are completed, required paperwork is in Sharepoint for the booking review team. 

  • COE hold resolution – resolve any issues that have caused the project to be placed on hold for booking.

  • This position requires submitting requests for new accounts, changes to accounts and one time bill-to links for Service. 

  •  Work with the sales team on receiving proper documentation for new bill-to accounts.

  • Work with the cash group to resolve credit holds before booking and after upload if needed.

  •  Support requests for bid and performance & payment bonds, as well as bonds required for various licenses. 

  •  Prepare required documents for signature for Bids/Pre-quals.

  •  Work with the sales team on any holds that may prevent the project from being invoiced(bond).

    Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Proficient in Work and Excel

  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multitasking and prioritization in a dynamic fast- paced environment

•  Strong customer service skills

 Preferred

  •  2 + years of experience in Oracle and Salesforce

  •  Order Management experience

  • Invoicing and AR experience

 HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $32-$40 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
