What you'll be doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking (PBB) team, you'll play a key leadership role at the heart of the Everyday Banking business — spanning credit cards, Chequing, and payments. As the Senior Director, Strategy & Business Effectiveness, you'll directly support the SVP, Everyday Banking, leading the development of the multi-year strategic roadmap while serving as a key day-to-day business management partner for the Everyday Banking leadership team.
You'll lead strategic and annual planning, drive competitive and market intelligence, coordinate executive governance and reporting, and champion a high-performing, engaged team.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you’ll succeed
