The Senior Director, Global Markets Communications serves as the communications leader for HP's Go-to-Market organization, partnering closely with Marketing leadership and Market Managing Directors to drive alignment, engagement, and business impact through strategic communications. This role is responsible for connecting compelling narratives to business outcomes - fueling revenue growth, reinforcing brand relevance, and sharpening HP's competitive edge with customers, partners, and key stakeholders worldwide.
The Senior Director is responsible for developing and executing communications strategies that support HP's commercial priorities across regions and markets, ensuring leaders and employees are informed, aligned, and equipped to execute business objectives. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, this individual translates complex business strategies into clear, compelling, and actionable communications that drive understanding, engagement, and results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator, trusted advisor, and experienced people leader who can build strong partnerships across a global organization and lead high-impact communications programs that advance business priorities and strengthen stakeholder confidence.

The pay range for this role is $190,950 to $305,550 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
