About the role
We currently have a full-time opportunity for a Second In-Charge to the Perioperative Services Manager. The Perioperative Services Manager is responsible for the management of our two operating theatres, procedure room, and central sterilising department. You will work with the Perioperative Services Manager, hospital executive team and stakeholders to achieve excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work closely with the management team in the day to day running and business development of surgical services, including stakeholder management to enhance partnerships, drive growth, and improve service offerings.

In this role you will be based at St Vincent's Private Community Griffith (SVPCHG) which opened its doors in 2016. Since then, it has been providing care for patients and families in the Murrumbidgee region and giving greater options of treatment closer to home.
