Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Sales Support Analyst to join our team in Central Europe. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales team and delighting our customers. You will be on the front lines, directly interacting with key accounts and distributors, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Become a trusted advisor to our customers, providing prompt and effective support for all their inquiries, including sample requests, contract management, and timely resolution of escalations.
Proactively manage and support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Contribute to our revenue goals by preparing quotes, conducting pricing analysis, and assisting with sales forecasting.
Play a critical role in ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction by managing the backlog, overseeing purchase orders, and collaborating closely with our supply chain team.
Act as a problem solver and customer advocate by handling complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Represent Allegro MicroSystems at customer meetings, workshops, and trade shows to showcase our innovative products and solutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
5+ years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role within a technical or manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) being essential. Fluency in French or other European languages is highly advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and Oracle preferred).
