Job Description:

The Enterprise Operations Group (EOG) is driving a multi-year transformation program that’s focused on delivering exceptional customer experience, improving quality, and modernizing operations. To support the transformation, we’re looking for a seasoned Data Operations Director who has successfully led other managers within a client centric environment, loves coaching others, getting their hands dirty with big data and has a passion for process improvement within a high volume transactional environment. This role is ideal for you if you are excited about the following:  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to enhance data operations efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of data operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline data acquisition, ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes to maximize operational efficiency and minimize latency.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external data providers, technology partners and offshore operations teams to meet operational performance goals and drive transformational projects.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and oversee metrics and KPIs to monitor data operations performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive measures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product management, our Technology Solutions Group, Data Quality and Data Governance, to align data operations with business objectives and customer needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in leadership roles leading other leaders preferably within a related to data operations environment. 
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance and data quality.
  • Prefer experience with and solid grasp of Real Estate Tax Servicing and the various relevant stakeholders and data types.
  • Your interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are second to none.
  • You are process-minded and inclined to always be looking for a better way.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
  • You are metrics driven leveraging data to help you make insightful and well-informed decisions.
  • Your planning and organizational abilities are exceptional, allowing you to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience managing distributed teams including offshore resources and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and locations is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Access demonstrates your technical aptitude along with your ability to learn proprietary company and client systems.
  • You are financially savvy able to forecast and manage a budget.

Annual Pay Range:

110,500 - 150,000 USD
