Join us as our new Head of User Experience, setting the direction and driving User Experience & Change Management across our People systems, processes, and features.

Welcome to People Tech in People & Organization (HR), where you will head up a small team as part of the People Tech house with 20 sassy colleagues. You will be part of the leadership team, where we collaborate closely to bring user friendly technical solutions to our business. We are part of a global P&O organization of app. 200 colleagues engaged in a joint strategic roadmap including the exciting combination of 2 companies.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
 

• Lead and grow your team

• Create a user-centric culture within the system/process landscape

• Drive user experience and change management across P&O/HR systems, processes and features

• Define and drive change management plans, activities and materials for system projects

• Support on user focused design, e.g. notifications

• Act proactively on user adoption numbers

• Providing a user-friendly P&O/HR intraweb with aligned design, easy maneuvering and updated content

• Utilize new technology to engage the users

• Define and drive a support model internally in P&O/HR and towards business

• Collaborate with Global Communications on corporate communication activities
   

Potentially relevant experience:
 

• Skilled in driving User Experience and Change Management

• Strong communication skills

• Master planning and re-planning with a pragmatic approach

• Knowledge of HR processes and systems

• Global outlook and cultural mindful

• Master spoken and written English

• 8+ years of working experience
