THE OPPORTUNITY
As the National Business Manager specialty care Mood, you will play a pivotal leadership role, overseeing and coaching the account management team in Mood. Given the recent launch of a first-in-class, breakthrough medication for patients with long-standing treatment resistant depression (TRD), this position requires an experienced manager with a depth of expertise in driving high-performing teams and commercial success in complex, evolving markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering national business results through a proven ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team of professionals, with the ultimate aim of achieving optimal patient outcomes. This leadership position requires someone who can leverage their extensive background in sales and people management to enhance customer awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the company's products and services, while forging strong, lasting partnerships across the sector.
A passion for innovation, a history of building high-trust relationships, and a reputation for consistently achieving ambitious targets are essential for success in this role.
