Position Summary

The position requires the ability to analyze financial data by collecting, monitoring and creating financial models for decision support. The ideal candidates need to have a proven background in data analytics with strong mathematical or statistical aptitude.

Role and Responsibilities

• Collect the financial data from subsidiaries or the system.
• Prepare the data properly and report to the HOD.
• Define any potential financial risks and suggest possible solutions.
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from MENA office or Suwon Office.
• Work closely with related departments, such as Innovation, marketing and each product.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Korean
• Professional Knowledge in Financial and Management Accounting.
• Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully with strong mathematical abilities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to relate results to business objectives
• Working experience at least 5 years in Finance Department
• Good communication skills especially good written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must and knowledge with Accounting ERP system.
• Quality management—the individual looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
• Judgment—the individual displays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisions
• Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently.
