Clinical Consultant - JnJ Medtech Electrophysiology Finland
In this role, you will be responsible to provide expert technical and product advice/assistance as well as training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians and administrators regarding all aspects of JnJ systems and catheter equipment in a manner of utmost professionalism.
Objectives of the Position
• Become an expert in providing clinical support and training to customers to ensure good technology adoption during procedures performed with JnJ products, driving collaboration, and maintain consistent, open lines of communication with all team members both internal/external and locally/international.
• Identify customer needs and create awareness of JnJ products and solutions, seek sales opportunities, drive business objectives and facilitate contact between the Sales Manager, and the key decision-makers to drive our business.
• Together with the European Technical team ensure servicing, maintenance, repair and co-ordinate functioning of all sites and upgrades of soft- and hardware
• Remain current on company products instructions for use (IFU), methodologies, technical troubleshooting and relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical colleagues and internal partners, to identify, develop and grow mutually beneficial customer relationships within and beyond the EP lab, including, but not limited to physicians, nurses, technicians as well as hospital administrators and staff.
• Responding daily to requests via email & telephone from customers, physicians as well as other internal and external partners.
• Administrative work such as Customer Relationship Management systems, managing account documentation, complaints, following Safety and Environmental practices, compliance training, expense reporting, company system input and maintaining Safe Fleet standards according to Company guidelines.
• Ensuring personal and company compliance with all local and company regulations, policies and procedures.
Education and Qualifications
• Educated to a degree level or equivalent (required), preferably in biotechnical, nursing or scientific.
• Previous clinical/engineering/paramedical experience (preferred)
• Experience within electrophysiology/cardiology (advantage)
• Good education and presentation skills
• Computer software package skills and knowledge of the Microsoft office main products (required).
• Dedication, perseverance and ability to successfully complete internal training
• A strong technical understanding and interest (required)
• Project management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in the Finnish as well as business level in English.
• Ability to spend 2-3 nights per week away from home (required).
• A valid European driving license (required).
• Home location is situated in the Southern Finland (preferable Helsinki – Tampere area).
• You will have a home office in this position.
