PURPOSE
The Sales Technology Analyst, Sales Insights leads our data-driven sales strategy by leveraging a deep understanding of the sales funnel performance across multiple regions and initiatives evaluating return on investment (ROI), and adding insight and performance measurement to some of our newest most exciting new initiatives.
Using raw data and maximising new AI driven conversational intelligence, the jobholder will identify trends, issues, and opportunities, transforming complex datasets into meaningful management information (MI) and automated dashboards through Microsoft’s suite of tools. They will provide clear, value-adding commentary to support decision-making, helping the business identify gaps and unlock opportunities to exceed revenue and sales targets.
Key responsibilities include the accurate and timely production of weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports, driving adoption of standardised KPIs and global definitions as well as owning the tracking and reporting in relation to our deployment of our latest Sales Tech tools eg. our recently launched Gong tool (conversational intelligence tool procured to enhance our sales insights and productivity).
